The visits to Birmingham for ReSource was wonderful as ever. Photos never do it justice especially as many of the best moments you can’t really photograph. The focus was on crossing cultures and we reflected on migration and mission in relation to the African diasporas with Harvey Kwiyani and this included a visit to a Ghanaian Church of Pentecost worship service. We met with Richard Sudworth who leads a missional community in Sparkbrook, an area that has a mix of cultures but is predominantly Islamic in faith. This included a visit to a mosque.
