Today at CMS we begin a module on mission leadership. Kim (who will do the module next year) enthuses here about leadership and pioneers inspired by an article in the Harvard Business Review. She concludes

As pioneers, we are at times trying to bridge a big divide and as the moderns fade from  positions of influence in leadership, they are not going down without a fight. This is a tough time in some respects, but we need to maintain confidence in what we see and smell on the wind and leading in the ways described in this article will be a big help in bringing about change.
