Sometimes we get enquiries from people who would like to study further but can’t attend regularly at Church Mission Society in Oxford. For some people work will not allow them time of for regular study or geography gets in the way. However, some people can take an annual holiday and find a residential module with us which allows them the freedom to study. Residential modules are good, and they will provide a chance for you to grow in your faith and in the out working of your faith.
In January we are running Bible in Context, with John Drane.
This residential module is open to anyone who would like to come and study from Monday 29 January to Friday 2 February 2018 in a comfortable conference centre in Northampton.
This is a great chance to study alongside pioneer students and to meet and CMS people in mission from around the world. John Drane is an excellent lecturer and this is an opportunity not to be missed.

In April it will be the turn of Make Good (formerly Missional Entrepreneurship), a weeklong event for those who want to start something from scratch. This is run in conjuncture with Pickwell Manor and Matryoshka Haus.
We run this event twice a year and the dates for April are: Monday 16 to Friday 20 April. Pickwell Manor in Devon is an amazing setting. It’s a really different event and something to chat to friends about, perhaps get a group together who want to start something new and see if they might want to start with this week and take it from there.
